One of our biggest initiatives for Coach was concepting, creating, and capturing
platform-specific social content for social platforms like Facebook Live, Instagram,
IG Stories, and SnapChat (as well as for use on Coach's e-commerce website).
Ultimately, the behind-the-scenes moments and exclusive peeks at product,
models, celebrities, and actresses was an ownable (and cost-efficient) way
for the brand to appear in-feed and to engage consumers in a way that felt
more personal, authentic, attainable, and candid.
Facebook heralded our success of "following best practices, adopting quality signals,
optimization, and innovation.” Pursuing excellence in Direct Response practices through
structural innovation and emerging opportunities, including nuanced implementation
of Dynamic Ads and first-mover ad products, we achieved a RoAS of +46% YoY,
far outpacing our competitors in the luxury fashion space.
We captured engaging Snapchat content at an exclusive, star-studded
product launch party for Stuart Weitzman’s fall fall line.
