Leading brand vision, strategy and creative execution for What Goes Around Comes Around (aka WGACA), a luxury vintage retailer specializing in Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Chanel. My main focus was to elevate aesthetics to more appropriately represent the product array and to more closely align to HNWI customer expectations.

Elevating Influencer & Creator content was mission #1 :

A framework for owned social content allowed for scale and speed in addition to diversity of asset types and themes. The increased cadence in posting frequency and quality of creative resulted in significant YoY follower growth, a steep reduction in unfollowers, better engagement with the content and even sustained eCommerce traffic.

 

Campaign creative was also evaluated through a social-first lens:

 

Rebuilt and modernized eCommerce site to optimize SEO, mobile, UX, editorial (video) storytelling opportunities, and created a more cohesive and streamlined foundation for visuals, elevating the customer experience and resulting in longer time on site and more pages viewed as well as higher CVR and AOV.
